If you have issue with the wine/beverage cooler your are using, you can do the below trouble shooting steps Please share with us the answers, and this would help us to determine the issue and help solve the issue.
1. Is the internal fan working properly? (Can you feel the air flow?) Is there any cold air blowing out?
2. What’s the set temperature?
3. What is the temperature shown after setting? Have you put an extra thermometer in the cooler?
4. What is the temperature shown on the thermometer?
5. Can the light be turned on? Can you hear ‘beep’ sound when you press the button?
6. Is there any hot air blowing out from the bottom of the unit? You can touch the stainless-steel grill at the bottom to see if it's warm.
7. Is there any frost in the cooler?
8. Is the compressor vibrating and heating? (Please remove the backplate and see if there is any noticeable vibration of the compressor.)
