Return and refund policy
If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the order or return the item within 30 days after placing the order. All we ask is that the order be returned to us in its original packaging and condition with all included accessories and materials. Requirements beyond the unconditional return and refund period, customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping if product hasn’t any damage or quality problems. Rerouting an Order Orders may no longer be rerouted once have been fully processed into our warehouse or shipped. If you wish to reroute an order that was yet to arrive at the original destination, please contact our customer service department so they may request a rerouting of the package with the carrier. Once the order is rerouted, you may need to pay for additional fees based on the actual costs incurred. Damaged Shipments After receiving the package, please carefully check for internal and external damage. If you find the outer packing damaged or machine damaged, please take photos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends).Once we are contacted, we will propose solutions according to the damaged. For appearance and accessories damaged, not affect the normal use, we would provide free replacement parts. If the machine is badly damaged and cannot be used normally, we will ship the replacement product or issue a full refund. Defective Products Warranty of all our products is limited 1-Year replacement parts. Our own brand mall has extended warranty service for purchase.If you find the machine is defective within the warranty period, please contact us with the customer service number on your owner's manual. For machines beyond the warranty period, you can also purchase replacement parts from us if necessary.
